Foundation's is 3 sessions, coach led, in a small group settings focusing on fundamentals and technique, and you'll get a kick ass workout in too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are through our 3 Foundation classes we put you in class to start refining your new skills.
